Ordered an hour ahead for 12pm and they didn’t make my food. I showed up a half hour after and the food hadn’t even been started. This is the second time this has happened.

Food was really good and they came through with what i ordered! I asked for extra sour cream and they weren’t stingy about it, i love sour cream.

Did not receive fried jalapenos with my order. Burrito had very large chunks of extremely hard unripe advocato. Other than that everything was delicious.

I bought online at Marinated Chicken Burrito Bowl, but I got a normal burrito. I'm tired of being wrong with my orders over and over and over again. what the hell is wrong with them? I want my money back. This is not the first time they give me what I don't ask. Doesn't my money have any value? i spend around 150 box every week in your store.

Maybe it’s just me but the horchata tastes like straight rice milk. Defiantly needs more spice. My food was cool. The bun to my sandwich was hard. Mexican food in New York ain’t that great to Cali
